the wind is really ripping right now. a cold front is sweeping down the great basin and whipping up dust and particulates which ends up just hanging in the air here in the valley. it makes me feel sick like having the cold. there is a health advisory out for today.
i am sitting in starbucks and there is a young fellow that came in and sat in a chair. he keeps laughing, silently, while slapping his knee and and rolling back and forth. thing is, there is no one else here. not that big of a mystery — i guess there are some people outside.
anyway, the air is toxic today and it is fucking me up. doesn’t help that grass is blooming too.
i am on the third season of x-files. this season has some outstanding episodes and is much better than the previous two seasons, with season one being the least well done.
my body has begun to atrophy from years of sleeping, then sitting at a desk. it is no good.
i will be seeing two back-to-back nin shows at the end of this month. the first at the joint at the hardrock and the next day at the cochella art festival. one part of me is excitied. another part wonders if i am too old. what will it be like? i am not sure what the answer is. if trent is not too old, then i guess i am not either.
