the move into the house was smooth except for the bitch who “sorta” lived here. she wouldn’t leave. it was rather annoying. but, in the end she left.
the funny thing is that we moved away from apt trash by getting a house. ironicly, we moved next door to trashy renters. it kills me. they are not real trash. they have money but choose to act live poor trash. i don’t understand why. maybe they think it’s cool. that must be it. they have the modded cars with the put-put muffler. they have a low-rider bike that is loud as hell. they flick cig butts everywhere. and the best part is their male cat. they leave the garage door open a crack to let their cat come out and piss and mark all over our front door and rear sliding glass doors. it does not smell, so thats a relief and buys the cat a few more days. this just started happening. we talked to the housing association about this issue because animals are not allowed outside without a leash. the association will send them a notice very soon. if nothing happens, that cat will be history.
well, that just made me a little bitter. i have been adding cards to
factorfictiongames.com website. that is a nightmare. one card after another. what was i thinking saying i would be happy to build their site? i must have been crazy that day. it is a slow painful process and i am a bit behind in it.
two months ago tara and i went up to the spring moutians and came across some horses! the horses could not have cared less about us though
however, it did allow us to see a pretty sunset! to see it, we drove halfway back down the range and then drove on a dirt road to moutain spring ranch (i think). after several miles of desert woodlands, we came to privatg property. but alas! there be a another route! yarg! we drove on a smaller dirt road for 20 miles are so, winding our way up through the lower moutains. the road became narrower and narrower as it clung to the edge of moutain sides. it was very scary. the width of the road was barely wider than my truck. furthermore, there are no places to turn around. add to that the road became — shall i say — not much of a road. i am talking about drive 5 miles an hour over exposed moutain sides. harrowing to say the least. at the end, there are campfire places and a large enough area to turn around. by this time the sun is setting and it is getting cold out. with the hard wind and 55 degree air, a thin t-shirt is not enough.
now we head back. in the dark all the moths come out. there were lots of small white moths all along the dirt road and in the pinion trees. and i mean lots of them, all over the place. it was like it was lightly snowing. we saw nothing else except for this strange fat black bird that lays motionless in flat exposed areas. it only flies away when the truck gets extremely close to it. i think it eats the moths.
speaking of smiles, bill (microsoft) and the boyz want to patent smiles!
“We now appear to be living in a world where even the most laughable paranoid fantasies about commercially controlling simple social concepts are being outdone in the real world by well-funded armies of lawyers on behalf of some of the most powerful companies on the planet.”
