i am just sitting here outside my house in my boxers feeling the breeze while starring up at the stars in the sky. since the days and nights are clear most of the time (unlike the overcast east coast) i star gaze. it helps to remind myself not to “sweet the small stuff” as the saying goes. i am trying to relax before bed. today i woke up then worked my ass off. i have been having a poor week. not a lot of money has been comming in. this fustrates me a lot.
tomorrow i have to bring the kittens in to the vets for unrine and stool tests. the urine test is to determine if they have the same gentic defect that ming chi had. the stool test is to determine why it is not healthy. however, they might be an issue. the vet we always see failed to “save” ming chi in may, therefore waived the fee. the fee was not negated in their system. since i believe this is the case, i foresee no issue.
i have never experienced loneliness like i have being in the desert. the isolation and stark landscape is thought-provoking. well, it also empties the mind. it is hard to explain. partly perhaps because i do not engage in isolation often. when in the desert i often become internet withdrawn. so i come back, logon and enjoy the ammenities civilation has to offer.
damnit! there is no spellcheck in wordpad! thats ok, i only spellcheck so others don’t harass me out spelling. i believe having inproper grammer and incorrect spelling only add’s to the authenticity of the blog.
i am going to get another drink.
i love to watch the kittens play in this yard made of sand. they chase each other back and forth. they pounce, they poof out, they act all big and strong, which is quite a joke. in the last two days there has been a new type of cricket appearing. it is all black and very large — about an inch long. it flies also. i am not sure if it is a cricket. crickets are low to the ground. this insect is built up much like a katydid. one of the markers for a katydid is long antennae. this insect has short antennae like a cricket. i don’t know what it is, but it sure must taste good.
rum and chocolate milk is very tasty. crickets? ehhh…
